The group hopes to raise enough to buy 5,000 blankets, which will be distributed until February. The leader of the inititiative, lawyer Sahil Bhalaik, said: 'Homeless people in Delhi, living under flyovers, underpasses, railway stations and bus stands live a difficult life. The winter chill takes several lives in the NCR [National Capital Region] each year.
