Dinsmore & Shohl takes over Midwest firm to arrive at 575 lawyers
Dinsmore & Shohl is becoming an 18-office practice by taking over the 40-lawyer West Virginia practice Huddleston Bolen, known for its strengths in railroads, finance, construction and employment.
Chair and managing partner of Dinsmore, George H Vincent said: 'Last year, we expanded our national footprint with offices in Chicago and Denver. As we grow, we don't want to lose sight of our Midwestern roots. This merger demonstrates our commitment to West Virginia and Kentucky.'
The merger takes place on 1 February, giving the new practice offices in 18 cities across Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C. and West Virginia. Source: State Journal
