Terri Adler, chair of the real estate practice group, said: ‘Our firm has long been active in the Caribbean and Central American regions, so establishing this practice is a natural extension of our Real Estate Practice Group.’ In New York, the firm has 55 property lawyers. It also advises on tax, environment, corporate and some other areas but says it is not in competition with the top Wall Street law firms.
