The New York- and Washington DC-based Davidoff Hutcher & Citron practice is suing David Denenberg. It is also seeking reimbursement of US$800,000 for non-existent expenses in a lawsuit brought in the Manhattan Supreme Court. Mr Denenberg was fired by the firm. A legislator in Nassau County, he claims that the allegations are politically motivated and ‘outrageous’. Source: ABA Journal
