Four Edwards Wildman partners in London 'in talks' with RPC

Three corporate partners and an insurance partner are understood to be unhappy over what is claimed to be a lack of support from the US firm.

Three corporate partners and insurance partner David Kendall are understood to be unhappy over a lack of support from the US firm and are discussing their future with UK-based RPC. esfera

All four are based in the London office of Edwards Wildman. The three corporate partners - Niall McAlister, Eero Rautalahti and Stuart Blythe and insurance partner David Kendall - are also said to be concerned about ‘disconnection’ and pay issues, according to Legal Business. The four are also said to be discussing their future with California-based Cooley and another US firm, Foley & Lardner. A former partner in Edwards Wildman told Legal Business: ‘'It's the usual mixture of problems of a London office when it goes to the stage of being neglected. There are partners looking at their exit strategy if the talks don't meet their expectations and satisfaction.’ Source: Legal Business
