The two - Keith Gregory and Barry Levinson - were indicted in January 2013. Investigations have run for seven years; there have been 37 guilty pleas; and three suicides have taken place of people connected to the affair. Keith Gregory is one of four people accused in the trial. Barry Levinson has already pleaded guilty to a felony charge of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud.
