GCs disappointed by law firm service

The Altman Weil 2013 Chief Legal Officer Survey shows respondents giving 3 out to 10 to law firms on their ability to provide greater value by changing their legal service delivery.

The 3 out of 10 mark is the same mark that respondents have been giving for five years. Dan DiLucchio, author of the survey, said: 'After five years of similar responses to this pair of questions, it seems pretty clear that Chief Legal Officers have decided to tackle these problems themselves, rather than rely on outside counsel to partner with them on change.'  Source: Financial Post
