GCs who matter are honoured

General counsel from a range of companies including PepsiCo, Ford Motor Company and Verizon were in the list chosen by The Ethisphere Institute, which is a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices. United States Steel Corporation's Suzanne Rich Fulsom, general counsel and senior vice president-governmental affairs, made the list.
