A middle man has pleaded guilty in a US insider dealing case Steve Allen

Frank Tamayo made the plea in the US District Court in Trenton. He accepts that he received the tips from Steve Metro, the law firm’s managing clerk, and passed them on to a broker-dealer. In total profits of US$5.6m were made over five years by this route.  Source: JD Journal
