The mayor's eulogy forms part of an article discussing a three-day Global Law Summit which takes place in London between 23 and 26 February. Mr Yarrow also quotes the general counsel of Tata Industries in Mumbai as saying: 'As part of a reliable and trusted legal system, English lawyers have incredible added value in terms of their international know-how.
