The merger will boost HowardKennedyFsi ‘s current revenues of £40 million to £45 million and further improve the firm’s property, litigation, company commercial, and family and private client practices. CKFT, which is currently based in London’s Hampstead, will bring an additional 35 employees to HowardKennedyFsi, including seven partners. The newly merged firm will have 350 staff, including 85 partners. CKFT were introduced to HKFsi by Jonathan Glass of Glass Consultancy.
Cultural fit
The merged firm continue to be managed by joint managing partners, Craig Emden and Paul Millett. Paul Millett, joint managing partner at HowardKennedyFsi, commented: 'We have been working closely with the CKFT team over the past few months and feel that culturally they are a great fit for HowardKennedyFsi.
