Herbert Smith has been awarded a licence as a Qualifying Foreign Law Practice which lasts for five years. Herbert Smith and Prolegis agreed to work together last October when Alastair Henderson, south east Asia managing partner of the international firm, said: 'We expect to be working very closely with Prolegis given its specialties in corporate and commercial law related to M&A and strategic investments.'
