Respondents to Law firm Outsourcing - carried out in association with Integreon- say that price is the number one reason whilst one in four believe that outsourcing solutions would allow law firms to provide improved services. Meanwhile 16 per cent say it allowed them to offer more flexibility and seven per cent that it would help with global coverage.
Outsourcing on the up
The research revealed that outsourcing is on the up in legal departments with almost half of all legal departments surveyed having a panel of preferred LPO providers already in place.The survey is part of the GC Excellence report which can be downloaded here.
