The firm began training seven members of staff last September. It believes its training approach to be 'unique', in that it is available only to existing employees who have been with the business for at least six months.
Future leaders
The firm is eager to train its future leaders in-house. Steven Zdolyny, director of legal services at Riverview, said: 'Recruiting from our existing talent pool means that candidates already fit our business and our values.
