Mr Meier, who will be based in both the Frankfurt and London offices of the firm, will have a central role in the growth and development of the financial institutions practice as well as growing the finance practice in Germany. His practice spans German and international restructuring, financing and capital markets transactions, with a focus on German debt and corporate restructurings, as well as syndicated loans, securitisations other structured finance and high yield transactions.
