The scheme has no limit in terms of pay but will only be available to incoming partners

The move will enable the international practice to pay twice the sum it can now offer to new hires. The new 'global partner' system has been in place since February, but has not yet been used. Its first use might come in London as KWM makes offers to replace its depleted corporate team. Source: Legal Business
