The new firm is called Private Advising Group and will specialise in companies that need advice in the Americas. It will focus on corporate, finance, venture capital, private equity and litigation. The other lawyers are Jaime Guttman, a Greenberg litigation associate, Jason Stark, a corporate associate in Greenberg and Jackson Hwu, former deputy general counsel for Dufry AG.
