The guidelines cover 13 areas where wellbeing and mental health of staff can be protected - and organisational culture comes out as the most important one. Excessive pressure is seen as a main reason why so many lawyers suffer from depression. Other factors include respect and civility, leadership and expectations and growth and balance.
