Law firm bullying is the number one reason for lawyers suffering stress and it is on the increase, according to new research from a charity which deals with lawyers in distress.The report saw bullying complaints increase from 14 per cent of the charity’s cases in 2012 to 19 per cent last year.Three in four lawyers called the charity about stress whilst one in eight said they were depressed and six per cent had an alcohol problem.
