Lawrence Graham (LG) has renounced its licence to practice as a foreign firm in Singapore, making invalid its alliance with local practice PK Wong & Associates.

PK Wong & Associates is understood not to be in talks with other firms and expecting to continue the relationship with LG on an informal basis. It is unclear whether the merged firm, Wragge Lawrence Graham will seek a licence in Singapore. Wragge has no office there. Source: The Lawyer
