The move is something of a surprise as Ocado made its first pre-tax profit in its 15 years in business - and the targets that were missed were internal, rather than public, ones. The cuts average 34 per cent for the directors and relate to the year to November 30. Mr Abrams, legal and business affairs director, has taken a 40 per cent cut, reducing his bonus to £156,000.
