Over half of legal departments now have a preferred roster of legal outsourcing providers and one in three insist that law firms use the legal department’s preferred legal outsourcing partner. The research from the GC Excellence Report also revealed that one in three (32 per cent) think it is reasonable to mark up the cost of the services provided by a legal outsourcer, provided the mark up itself is reasonable.
