Insurance litigators Damian Clearly and Gavin Coull have left Locke Lord in London to set up the London office for Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff. The firm specialises in litigation, insurance and bankruptcy and was founded 14 years ago. It has five US offices, including two in the fast-growing centres of San Francisco and Orange County, California.
