Boston

Combined reveunues at the new firm - called Locke Lord Edwards - are estimated at US$675m. The firms say little on a combined website whose construction 'is underway'. Middle market

When the merger was agreed last month, Jerry Clements, the chair of the new firm, said: 'This combination will enhance our position in the top tier of U.S. law firms and significantly strengthen our position and product offerings in the middle market.' The two firms - Boston-based Edwards Wildman and Texas-based Locke Lord - will have a significantly stronger geographical network through the combination. Source: Locke Lord
