The average UK firm has a 27 per cent favourable rating among women, according to reserch from brand experts Acritas. In contrast the average Magic Circle practice has a 20% favourable rating from females. With women accounting for nearly two-thirds of those studying for the law, firms may need to reconsider their approach to women.
