Torture inquiry has caused a stir Deligodin Evgeny

After the UK secretary of state for defence, Michael Fallon, asked for an apology from Public Interest Lawyers (PIL) and Leigh Day for wasting public money, the Daily Telegraph has published an article detailing three cases in which PIL 'has been criticised by judges for bringing "absurd" and "misconceived" cases to court.  The newspaper says that PIL was "unavailable for comment".
