Mr Levison, a member of the firm's FCPA + Anti-Corruption Task Force, relocates to the firm's Singapore office after more than 12 years in the Tokyo office.
With extensive experience representing clients in cross-border disputes, counselling clients on a wide range of compliance matters and conducting internal investigations across the Asia-Pacific region, it is hoped that Mr Levison’s move will form a key part of the firm’s strategy in the area.
Base for operations
Eric Piesner, managing partner of MoFo's Singapore office and its firmwide managing partner for Asia, commented: ‘Dan's deep experience with important and sensitive compliance and dispute resolution matters for clients in ASEAN countries, China and Japan, including his work on anti-corruption compliance and investigations, makes him the perfect fit for our Singapore office.
‘As more multinational corporations turn to Singapore as a base for operations in South and Southeast Asia, Dan will provide vital assistance.’
