The controversy started when Mr Tsvangirai, the politician who has most consistently challenged President Mugabe, sought the release of information on July's controversial Presidential election when Mr Mugabe was returned to power. Afterwards, Justice Chinembiri Bhunu of the Electoral Court threw out Mr Tsvangirai's application. This eventually led to a legal bill of US8,900 being imposed on Mr Tsvangirai and the threatened attachment order. Source: ZimEye
