Viagra manufacturer Pfizer and its general counsel have parted ways Sean Ned

Pfizer general counsel Amy Schulman is leaving the company and will not assume the position of head of the company’s vaccines, oncology and consumer healthcare, as was previously announced by the company last  July. The legal high-flyer has resigned from her current role as general counsel and head of Pfizer’s consumer healthcare business but will stay to hand over to Doug Lankler who  becomes general counsel  this week.  Rady Johnson assumes the role of chief compliance and risk officer a year earlier than expected.  In a statement released in Mid-December, the company said:  ‘Amy Schulman and PFE agreed to separate. As a result of that mutual agreement, Ms Schulman will not be assuming the role of Group President of Vaccines, Oncology and Consumer Healthcare and is stepping down from the Company's Executive Leadership Team."
