Lundy Law was challenged by rival firm Larry Pitt & Associates which said that the contract was anti-competitive. But US District Judge Cynthia Rufe wrote in her judgement that the agreement did not violate anti-trust rules. She wrote: 'While Pitt alleges that it has received fewer workers’ compensation cases since losing the opportunity to advertise on the exterior of SEPTA buses, this allegation only demonstrates an injury to Pitt, and not to consumer choice or to competition for clients. As antitrust laws protect competition, not competitors, these allegations are insufficient.' Source: ABA Journal
