Kingston Smith has become an ABS (Alternative Business Structure) through the institute which regulates accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Its senior partner Sir Michael Snyder wants to broaden into a multi-disciplinary practice, offering ‘the total package of services’ including legal setvices which are ‘effectively ancillary to our main business… making it easier for SMEs to get the services they want’.
