The Grand Bahama Port Authority has dismissed Tyrone Fitzgerald, its GC, after a Supreme Court judgment against him for 'misappropriating' £82,141.

The Grand Bahama Port Authority has dismissed its GC, after a Supreme Court judgment against him John Wollwerth

The reasons for Mr Fitzgerald's departure in early 2013 were only revealed this month when they were the subject of discussion at a disciplinary tribunal of the Bahamas Bar Association. The association disbarred him, finding him 'guilty of misappropriation' of the money. Source: The Tribune
