Rajah & Tann has joined forces with LCT Lawyers to form Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers. The tie-up will give the Singapore firm a presence in Vietnam with bases in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang. Chau Huy Quang, an arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre, will head up the new venture.
