Rajah & Tann has joined forces with LCT Lawyers to form Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers. The tie-up will give the Singapore firm a presence in Vietnam with bases in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang. Chau Huy Quang, an arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre, will head up the new venture. Vu Thi Que is responsible for the corporate, regulatory, and M&A practices while Nguyen Dinh Nina will be in charge of banking and finance projects as well as the infrastructure practice.
