Edward Estrada, now managing partner of the New York office, is becoming global head of strategy. Casey Ryan, now vice chair of litigation, will become global head of legal personnel. Among the demotions are Jack Nelson, who had set up a newer, lower pricing system on litigation. Colleen Davies is stepping down as head of legal personnel.
