Melanie Willems, an arbitration partner in Chadbourne, is due to join on 30 September, bringing with her senior associate Markus Esly who, like Ms Willems, becomes a partner in Andrews Kurth. The third member of the team, associate Robert Blackett, a barrister, transfers at his current level. Ms Willems takes on the role of head of international arbitration.
