Lawyers at a dozen top firms representing big business are the most successful in getting their cases before the Supreme Court, an investigation by Reuters has revealed. The agency examined around 10,300 court records filed over a nine-year period and found that the firms, including Gibson Dunn, Sidley Austin and Jones Day, were more sucessful than others and were involved in a third of the cases accepted by the court.
