Mr Walker, along with other senior managers at Deutsche, was criticised by the German regulator Bafin over the handling of the Libor fixing scandal and the way the bank investigated it. The UK's Financial Conduct Authority accused the bank of providing 'misleading information' in April, the month in which it was fined £1.7bn by US and UK regulators over the fixing of Libor and Euribor.
