Hosted by comedienne Ellen DeGeneres, an episode of the show featured a section that joked about names including the Nipple Convalescent Home.

The audience may have laughed but one of those featured, real estate agent Titi Pierce, did not. In a lawsuit filed in a Georgia court against producers Warner Bros. this week, Titi (A Nigerian name meaning flower that is pronounced ‘Tee Tee’) claims that DeGeneres purposely mispronounced her name as ‘Titty’ to make a joke about breasts.

Harassed with calls

Ms Pierce, whose phone number appeared on a real estate sign during the segment, claims to have been hounded by harassing calls as a result. She is seeking undisclosed damages for invasion of privacy, defamation and emotional distress and for Warner Bros. to be forced to stop airing the segment on TV, the internet or social media.
