Mr Nyombi was suspended by the ULS after claims he misadvised the country's president, Yoweri Museveni, on contentious matters. The ULS also claims that Mr Nyombi's opinions were not consistent with the constitution. The Attorney General's lawyer, Joseph Matsiko, told the High Court in Kampala: 'I was informed that the parties want to talk about this matter with a view of an amicable settlement.
