Stike law in the UK should be reformed to better support employers and the public, according to research from Eversheds. The law firm surveyed nearly 400 businesses which also found that 83 per cent of those wanting reform said that in essential services, at least 40 per cent of union members should be required to vote in favour. Seventy per cent believed unions should have to provide more detail of strike action and longer notice.
