Schoenherr advises Perform
Leading Central European law firm Schoenherr advised London Stock Exchange-listed digital sports group Perform in relation to its acquisition of the Austrian subsidiary of Swiss-based sports data company RunningBall for €120m in cash and shares.
The Schoenherr team was led by Christian Herbst. The transaction was advised by London-based firm Wiggin.
