UpCounsel plans expansion

UpCounsel, the service that matches entrepreneurs to lawyers, is planning to expand beyond its San Francisco base after raising US$2.4m in seed funding.

The business was started in 2012. The new funding will mean that it has a total of $4m in capital. Businesses send details of the work they need done to UpCounsel which presents them with a choice of lawyers. The service is used both for one-off and continuing work. Source: VentureBeat.com
