The practice over 'divorce for grown-ups', according to founder Michelle Crosby - through mediators known as 'architects'. The practice, with its 28 architects, is aiming to double in size every three months with the aim of reaching the UK between 12 and 24 months. By standardising some basic parts of the procedure, 'mediators are saving 60% of the time they would otherwise spend on the file and client management – this gives them additional time to dedicate to the family,' says Ms Crosby.
