US companies are reluctant to send legal processing work outside the US, if a poll conducted by Corporate Counsel magazine is to be believed.The survey, which yielded responses from 77 legal departments, said that whilst more than half had outsourced work, none had sent legal work outside the US. Furthermore, most of the work was related to litigation and/or document review. Of those who outsourced, the survey also found most were happy with the results.
