Withers has become the latest European firm to offer a special low-fee start-up packet to entrepreneurs.

The service, called ‘momentum’, offering a set of pro forma agreements, magazine subscriptions, tax advice, networking opportunities and two meetings (one at the start and one at the end of a six month period).
