The Top 50 law firms on the 'Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers' list in the US are achieving better terms - with 20 per cent now working on full-time flexible working arrangements.Last year the proportion was just 15 per cent. Similarly, 42 per cent of the top firms have two women or more among their top ten rainmakers - up on last year’s 32 per cent. And 19 per cent of partners in these 50 firms are female, compared to 17 per cent in law firms overall. Source: ABA
