Zimbabwe state ordered to return funds taken from law firm trust account

Money taken from a law firm's client trust account by the country's National Social Security Authority has been ordered to be returned by the High Court.

A sum of over $1,000 was taken from the Harare law firm of Mavhunga and Associates in order to pay off Social Security contributions that were owing. But Justice Owen Tagu granted an urgent chamber application from the firm and ordered the money to be repaid. Source: All Africa
