Bircham Dyson Bell advises on £107m IPO

Bircham Dyson Bell acted for Ten Entertainment Group, parent company to Tenpin Ltd in connection with its admission to the premium segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of just over £107 million.

The Group is the second largest ten-pin bowling operator in the UK with a portfolio of 40 sites, a total of approximately 1,000 bowling alleys and a variety of other family entertainment activities.


The Bircham Dyson Bell team acting on this transaction was led by corporate partner Nick McCarthy,  banking and corporate partner Philip Lamb,  and commercial partner Dennis Lee. The partners were assisted by Andrew McGlashan, Toby Richards-Carpenter, Youichi Iisaka, Sarah Godfrey, Rebecca Arnheim, Ben Lloyd and Oliver Willis.

Longstanding client

Tenpin is a long standing client of the firm. ‘We are delighted to have assisted the group on its listing on the main market. We look forward to advising the Group as it moves on as a public listed company,’ said Nick McCarthy.
