Core practice focus

Last month Boies Schiller’s corporate practice moved to Paul Hastings.  Mr Boies said this would enable Boies Schiller to focus on its core litigation practice. Managing Partner, Jonathan Schiller reiterated that sentiment saying that said the Caldwell Leslie deal ‘continues our expansion and emphasis on our core capabilities in complex business litigation’.Last year Boies Schiller merged with Big Apple-based litigation boutique O’Shea Partners.
