Bryan Cave boosts Paris office

The US law firm has added a three-lawyer team to its Paris office.

The trio joins from British firm Eversheds and will practice in the firm’s Transactions Client Service Group.

Antoine Martin works in all aspects of corporate/M&A matters, advising on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations and cross-border transactions. He joins Bryan Cave as a partner.

Mathieu Taupin has joined as counsel and works in all aspects of corporate/M&A matters, advising on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations and cross-border transactions.

Baudouin Gueyffier focuses on general corporate law, both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He joins Bryan Cave as an associate.

They will up their new roles on 27 September.
